The purchase and sales agreement review package provides you with knowledge and certainty about your contract. We will review the entire agreement and provide you with a comprehensive report on every clause. You will also have the opportunity to discuss the purchase contract and report in detail with one of our attorney’s to make sure you feel confident about any aspect you are unsure about.
Add the Negotiation option and we will negotiate directly with the other party’s representatives after discussing with you your goals. You will be in control of the decision making process, but will have an experienced negotiator working on your behalf to assert your interests.

Once you have made the payment, you will be prompted to review a representation agreement between you and the Moschetti Law Group. This step ensures that there is clarity as to your rights as a client, as well as the scope of the representation.
Your account won’t be charged for the services, until the Moschetti Law Group countersigns the representation agreement, making sure both parties agree to the transaction.
Upon receipt of the countersigned agreement, you will be given a secure link to upload your lease document for our review. At that time, we will also schedule a phone call to review your goals and to understand your objectives in the purchase or sale of the property.
Once your Purchase and Sale Agreement is sent in and we have a representation agreement in place, we will return the reviewed agreement in 3 business days with comments and an explanation as to terms. We will help you understand the impact of the current provisions, as well as offer suggestions as to how the terms could be improved to better serve your interests. We will arm you with the information and confidence you need on all of the issues, from the legal, real estate and financial standpoint.
We recommend adding negotiations of terms to your complete Purchase and Sales Agreement review. The charge for this service is $2,950. This option is the best suited for buyers or sellers who are negotiating with large companies whose interests are represented by their attorneys, as well as those who need the guidance of a legal professional to avoid pitfalls and unnecessary financial risk. When it comes to negotiations, having a third party represent your interests accomplishes three main objectives:
Removes the possible antagonism between the landlord and the tenant - a lease is a long-term relationship and you want to start it on a right note.
Helps to keep the lines of communication open, so no one leaves the table while the lease is under negotiations.
Ensures that the least important items do not get in the way of agreeing on the larger, most important terms of the Purchase and Sales Agreement.
We understand the delicate nature of negotiations and strive for the balance between satisfying both needs of our client and reaching an agreement with the other side.
